Annotation:

|
In the article the structurally-critical analysis of the impact of anti-corruption instruments - money allowances for police officers. The author concludes that the dependence of the increase (indexation) salaries of salaries from the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, rather than directly on the level of inflation for the year does not correspond to the original promise of the law, declaring allowance of police officers the primary means of providing them with supplies. Excluding indexing money allowances depending on the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation will increase the prestige of law enforcement officers, will bring police officers to a qualitatively new level of material security, the appropriate duties assigned to them. |
