CIVIL LEGAL INSTITUTIONS ON GUARD AGAINST CORRUPTION

Annotation:		The article deals with some civil law tools in the fight against corruption. The author concludes that this institute invalidity of the transaction as set forth in the Civil Code is to the extent of settlement that does not require the introduction of additional regulations to clarify the subject, in respect of which can be applied the above rules. This institution may be suitable for dealing with the consequences of corruption offenses in the modern, unmodified state, and the legal consequences of invalidity of void transactions are a good mechanism for the return obtained by the corruption offenses.
