Annotation:

The author considers the issues related to the application of criminal law and administrative regulations for
violations committed during the election period. The author believes that the difficulties arise because of the
coincidence disposition Art. 141 of the Criminal Code, providing for liability for interference with the exercise
of electoral rights or the work of election commissions with some of the rules of Chapter 5, «Administrative offenses against the rights of citizens» of the Code of Administrative Offences. |
