There are several important basic principle doctrinal conceptions, which determine the aims and the onward development trends of the contemporary constitution law in the Russian Federation.
The author analyzes them in details, choosing the main ones from his personal point of view, such as: sovereignty, federalism, elections and electoral legislation, multinational population structure, constitutional responsibility, human rights, freedoms and obligations, state power system and its functions. The author tries to prove their priority in comparison with the other objects of scientific doctrinal viewpoints. Each doctrinal conception is provided with the appropriate examples. There the references to the scientific publications, articles or other issues are given. The author expertizes the possible ways of the further development of the constitutional law in the Russian Federation legal system in connection with the functioning of the adjacent law branches. He also transmits the personal meaning of the well-known scientists on this or that burning legal constitutional problems. One of the main attractive features of the article is the author`s attempt to compare two definitions: constitutional law and constitutional legislation in a tight connection with each other. The author does his best on order to find out any of the negative phenomena in the constitutional foundations of the Russian state |
