In the article the necessity of determining the psychological structure of personality disorders to create a comprehensive medical and psychological assistance and the provision of adequate psychological targets of psychotherapeutic influence in this form of disease from the standpoint of discussion of issues of differential diagnosis in modern psychiatry, lack of clinical and psychopathological method for a clear qualification such as personality disorders, lack of systematization of psychological phenomenology at this nosology in a hierarchical structure pathopsychological syndrome. Analyzed the problems of differential diagnosis of endogenous process and borderline disorders and shows methodological and diagnostic capabilities of structural psychoanalytic approach. The article presents the psychological structure of personality disorders in the framework of the integration of experimental psychological (pathopsychological) and psychoanalytic diagnosis |
