Annotation:		The article considers the peculiarities of selection of experts without experience. Describes the basic models of competence presented in modern science. Selected "simplified" selection based on the deep personal competencies and the assessment of managerial potential, which is not only optimal from the point of view of strategy selection and development of em- ployees, but also the most economically justified in the selection of young professionals.
