Annotation:		A humanistic trend in the Russian public state prosecution offices activity is expertized in the presented article from the historical perspective viewpoint. In this article the author explains the significance of the judicial reform of 1864 for providing more profound protection of the rights and legal interests of all the Russia`s population groups, which can relevantly be promoted by the expanding and strengthening the humanistic trend in the Russian public state prosecution offices activity.
