Annotation:

In the article the author's view on the problems existing in the Russian legal science, in particular on
theoretical study of currency regulation, determine the proper problematic phenomenon. On the example of
determining the place of currency regulation in legal theory, the author clearly indicates a weak academic
preparedness and the relevance of the proposed theories. The author believes that this phenomenon is not
only a consequence of the objective historical processes, such as a fall in the quality of education, but also a
consequence of neglecting the use of appropriate methods, such as a historical and comparative legal. |
