Annotation:		In the article the questions of correlation of right for using the dwelling apartment of family of owner and right of ownership members are considered from the point of view of intercommunication of constitutional right on dwelling and ownership rights. An author, examining a right on dwelling as social and right of ownership as an economic right, draws conclusion about the necessity of limitation of right of ownership
