Annotation: The author examines the concept of legal regulation of international bankruptcy, developed by foreign legal science. Based on the analysis of foreign concepts, the author concludes that further development of legal regulation in the Russian Federation, the issues Cross-Border Insolvency, it is necessary to build the regulatory framework in Russia the principle of territoriality, based on cooperation.
