Annotation:		The article discusses the criminal law objective characteristics of the crime under the Criminal Code st.215.1. Particular attention was paid to act on illegal termination or restriction of supply to consumers of electric energy or disable them from other sources of livelihood. The problems of direct implementation of these actions. The author concludes that the disposition st. 215.1 Criminal Code should be extended through the criminalization of certain actions.
